1) SWEETENED BEVERAGES : Food sources high in refined sugars such as sweetened beverages, sodas and many juices can increase cancer risk.

2) FRIED POTATOES : Fried potatoes increase one's risk of developing cancer, especially when they contain hydrogenated oils, trans-fats, and a byproduct of the deep- frying process called acrylamide

3) Doughnuts doughnut : Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar and hydrogenated oils. Then,
